How do you ship the artwork?
When you purchase a painting, I take maximum care you will receive it in a perfect condition. All items purchased from my artwork will be sent shipped within 2 days from the date of order.
Paintings will be sent Fully Insured Express Mail Service, which you can expect delivery between 10-14 working days.
Additionally, artwork may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.
What should I do if I receive a damaged piece of art?
We package all artwork in custom built art boxes to insure safe delivery, so receiving damaged art is a rare occurrence. If you see the package is damaged when the postman delivers it to you, you could refuse to receive the package and file a claim to the post office. Please contact us for a replacement or refund of your order after you filing a claim.
If you receive a damaged piece of art after you open your package, you could also contact us for a replacement or refund of your order. Please save the box and all packaging materials. We must have these items in order to process the claim.
May I return a piece of artwork if it does not meet my expectations?
